PFUW Clamp-on Flow Sensor
The PFUW series is a clamp-on flow sensor designed for liquids. It offers a unique set of advantages due to its clamp mounting system, which eliminates the need for piping modification and direct fluid contact. The PFUW is mounted directly against the pipe, allowing installation in tight spaces, thus reducing installation space. The sensor enclosure is IP67 rated.
Eight "Zeros" of Clamp Mounting:
- Zero piping work: Easy installation with just two bands and two screws
- Zero leakage: Eliminates potential leak points
- Zero clogging: No sensor inside the piping means no risk of clogging
- Zero pressure loss: Maintains fluid pressure and system efficiency
- Zero fluid contact: Suitable for a wide range of fluids, including corrosive liquids
- Zero concern for wetted materials compatibility: No need to worry about material degradation from fluid contact
- Zero foreign matter entry into piping: Preserves fluid purity
- Zero L/min detection: Can detect when fluid is not flowing
- Compatible with metal and hard resin piping
- Applicable fluids: general fluids such as beverage, oil, antifreeze, chemical, water and high pressure fluids
- IO-Link Compatible
- Nominal equivalent port sizes: 1/2", 3/4", 1.
