Polyurethane Tubing
SMC’s manufactures polyurethane tubing from both ether and ester based resins, depending on the specific needs. Both offer increased flexibility compared to other resin types. Our primary series (TIUB, TU, TCU, and TFU) are ether based for immunity to hydrolysis and higher resistance to fungus and microorganism attacks. Other series may be ester based for increased strength but may hydrolize with moisture.

TFU Flat Polyurethane Tubing
The TFU series is a flat polyurethane tubing, which makes compact piping possible. TFU is available in three different tube models as standard and up to 3 tubes available for each model. Standard color is black.
TIUB Polyurethane Tubing
SMC's series of polyurethane tubing is manufactured from Polyether resin, insuring the longest possible tube life due to its immunity to hydrolysis. Series TIUB inch size tubing is available in 8 "quick ship" colors, in standard stocked lengths of 66ft, 100ft, 500ft, 1000ft and 1640ft. There are 21 additional standard colors to suit special needs.
TU Polyurethane Tubing
Series TU tubing represents a new high quality standard in metric size polyurethane tubing. Series TUH, hard polyurethane tubing, is available in a standard or high pressure type and TUS is a soft polyurethane tubing.
TUL Fluoropolymer Polyurethane Tubing
Dual layer TUL series provides strong chemical resistance of fluoropolymer inner layer with flexible property of polyurethane outer layer. TUL is available in 4 colors, black white clear blue and translucent.
TU-X309 Polyurethane Biomass Tubing
Series TU-X309 tubing represents a new high quality standard in metric size polyurethane tubing produced from plant derived raw biomaterials such as castor seeds, etc.
