Manifold combination of JSY3000 5 port solenoid valve and ZK2 vacuum generators into a single manifold. Reduced wiring and space saving for installation on robots. The combination manifold would also allow fieldbus communication to control ZK2 vacuum generators. Valves and vacuum generators have independent supply and exhaust to avoid effects of pressure fluctuations.
